Our Policies

For any recommended procedure, a written estimate may be provided to you upon request. Please realize that any unforeseen circumstances may necessitate additional procedures, however, we will try and contact you prior to any change of treatment. A deposit of half the amount is requested prior to treatment, and payment is expected in full at the time of discharge. We do take Care credit, VISA, Mastercard and Discover.

In the event of an Emergency during business hours please call us before bringing your pet in to ensure that we are ready to treat your pet. Any after hour emergency will be referred to the North Central West Virginia Veterinary Emergency Clinic. The clinic is located off I-79 Exit 139 (Pricket’s Fort Exit)
